Are you planning to apply for Honors Funding this spring semester? Mark your calendar for the following application deadlines:

Thesis Funding

The Honors Program thesis funding application is administered in collaboration with the Office of Undergraduate Research (SOURCE). Honors students can be awarded up to $5,000 to offset costs associated with thesis completion. Applicants who plan to stay in Syracuse over the summer to work on their thesis project can apply for $7,500 that includes $3000 for summer stipend. Prospective applicants must submit an intent to apply form in order to have access to the complete application.

Intent to Apply Deadline: Thursday, February 17 @ 11:59 pm

Application Deadline: Thursday, March 3@ 11:59 pm

Study Abroad Grants

Study Abroad grants provide one-time funding of up to $ 1,500 to Honors students in good standing with the Honors Program to help defray the travel costs associated with participating in study abroad.

Application Deadline: Tuesday, March 1, 2022

Internship Grants

The Honors Internship Award is intended to provide support of up to $3,500 to Honors students engaged in a part- or full-time internship or equivalent professional enrichment, which is unpaid or modestly compensated. Applications accepted on a rolling basis.

Professional Development Grants

Honors Development Grants provide one-time funding of up to $1,000 to Honors students in good standing, to defray the costs of participating in academic conferences and professional development activities. Applications accepted on a rolling basis.
