The experience I had was truly amazing. Not only did I learn a lot, but I also had the opportunity to experience so much of what the world has to offer. I met people from all over the globe and had the chance to communicate with them in both English and their native languages. This experience allowed me to fully immerse myself in the culture of Italy, where I was residing at the time, as well as other European countries. It was truly an enriching and unforgettable experience.

I was not expecting to be having some many little conversations in Italian, and really being able to get immersed so quickly. Additionally I had no idea that I would grow to love my host family in Italy so much!

I would absolutely love to find the time to continue learning the Italian language and becoming more proficient at speaking and understanding it. I would also love to work to recreate some of the dishes I had in Italy, making them as authentically as I can, and sharing with my friends!
