Honors Students Welcome Peers

First year Honors student, Jordyn Marchincin (’25) captured the excitement of the transition to college, as she noted in her application to the Honors Program, “I have always been the kid that is excited for the first day of school, who would arrive early to the bus stop with her new backpack and notebooks. This is because I love learning!”

Honors students Marco Svolinsky, Mitchell Mazza and Katarina Soko volunteered to help incoming Honors students on Sadler move-in days. Many Honors students are contributing their time and energy to supporting our students as they transition to campus life, and enter the Honors community. Honors students David Barbier Jr. and Riley Wall offered excellent advice in a feature story about Orientation Leaders. The advice is sage for all of us! The Honors program is grateful for their generosity.
