Send your First Thesis Submission to your Faculty Thesis Advisor, Reader, & Honors Advisor

Sometimes the hardest part of working on the written portion of your thesis is just getting started. Spring graduates: during the fall semester, you’ll send whatever you have completed by November 30th to your thesis team and Honors. This looks different for everyone, and that’s okay! Fall graduates, you'll send your draft chapter in September (please use the Send Initial Draft link below!)

What happens after I submit?

Your Faculty Thesis Advisor and reader will receive a copy of your submitted material, and you should follow up with them for feedback they may have. Getting feedback at this point is a great way to keep up the writing momentum on your project.

Submitting Drafts of your Thesis to your Advisor & Honors

Spring graduates: In early spring of your senior year, you'll submit a rough draft of your written thesis to both your advisor and to Honors. Fall graduates, you'll submit your draft in late November.

This is to ensure you are on track to finish your thesis, and also to make sure you are collaborating with your advisor on your thesis.
