Lindsay Quilty serves as Assistant Dean of Academic Programs and Student Success at the Whitman School of Management, where she oversees recruitment, admissions, academic advising, and student success initiatives across all undergraduate and graduate programs. Since joining Whitman in 2009, Lindsay has been deeply committed to supporting students as they navigate their academic journeys and prepare for meaningful careers.

Lindsay co-leads SOM 100: Foundations of the Future: Business & Technology, where she guides students in developing essential technical skills including Excel proficiency and Google AI certifications. She has also taught First-Year Seminar (FYS 101), working with students as they transition to university life and develop the critical thinking and academic skills necessary for success.

Lindsay earned her B.A. in Psychology and Criminology from the University of Miami and her M.A. in Higher Education from The George Washington University. In 2025, she was honored with the Chancellor’s Citation for Excellence in recognition of her contributions to enhancing the undergraduate experience through innovative programming and support services. Lindsay is passionate about creating high-impact educational experiences that empower students to achieve their goals and make meaningful contributions to their communities.
