Andreea grew up in Romania and studied Political Science and EU Law in Germany before moving to the U.S. and earning a graduate degree in German Studies. She has worked in undergraduate admissions at Duke University and taught German at Stony Brook University, where she also coordinated the language program. Now an Assistant Director for the Renée Crown University Honors Program, she looks forward to helping students discover opportunities and connect their academic interests to the wider world. Outside of work, Andreea enjoys hiking, exploring local farmers’ markets, and traveling with her family.
