Looking for a fun and refreshing way to take a break this Reading Day? The Renée Crown University Honors Program is hosting a hands-on event that blends science, creativity, and dessert.

Join us for a Liquid Nitrogen Ice Cream Party with Professor Jon French, where you’ll get to watch ice cream made live using liquid nitrogen, and then enjoy your own custom creation with a variety of toppings.

This interactive experience offers a unique look at the science behind rapid freezing while giving you a chance to relax and connect with fellow Honors students during a busy time in the semester.

? April 28 | ? 4:00 PM | ? 3rd Floor, Bowne Hall

Spots are limited, and registration is required, so be sure to secure your place early using this link.

Whether you’re curious about the chemistry behind liquid nitrogen or just in it for the ice cream, this event is the perfect way to recharge before finals. We hope to see you there!
