Lifting Every Voice at 38th Annual MLK Celebration

Honors student Gabrielle Pinkney, ’24 (VPA, Music Industry) recently directed the Community Choir at the 38th annual Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration held in the JMA Dome. Pinkney led the Community Choir, including members of local church choirs and the Black Celestial Choral Ensemble (BBCE), in singing Every Praise and Lift Every Voice and Sing. The BCCE has 46 years of history sharing and spreading the gospel on the Syracuse University campus. The Community Choir includes the local church choir members in the community and BCCE.
