On Sunday, November 3rd, students in Professor Svetoslava Todorova’s class, The Role of Science in Environmental Governance, convened as diplomats for a day. Students conducted a simulation exercise in preparation for travel to Geneva, Switzerland, to participate in the 3rd Conference of the Parties of the Minamata Convention on Mercury.
