St. John’s Community Services (SJCS) is one of the oldest non-profit organizations based in D.C. and is committed to supporting and advocating for people of all disabilities. SJCS is looking for a first- or second-year undergraduate candidate for their AI Innovation Fellowship for Emerging Leaders. The fellow will improve workflow efficiency through generative AI and machine learning, while gaining valuable hands-on experience in workplace technology, talent development, and business analytics. Some responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights and analyze data on existing workflows 
  • Creating and leading team-specific online learning sessions on leveraging generative AI to optimize departmental tasks 
  • Supporting business development initiatives through leading seminars on effective and ethical generative AI usage 
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and data visualizations for leadership meetings, professional development trainings, and external stakeholders 
  • Supporting the organization’s thought leadership efforts through research and content development  
  • Assisting with executive-led special projects 
  • Learning about SJCS’s operations across all five states to develop a comprehensive understanding of the organization
