Are you passionate about leadership, community building, and supporting student success? Applications are now open to become a Living Learning Communities (LLC) Peer Mentor for Fall 2026.

LLC Peer Mentors play a vital role in shaping the residential and academic experience of first-year students. Through mentorship, programming, and community engagement, Peer Mentors help students transition into college life while building meaningful connections across campus.

As a Peer Mentor, you will:

  • Support the academic and personal success of first-year students
  • Develop strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
  • Build community within one of 10 unique Living Learning Community options
  • Gain hands-on experience in peer leadership and student engagement
  • Receive compensation for your work in a paid position
