Peace Calendar Internship and Social Media Internships

Syracuse Cultural Workers has two great internships available for the spring semester. The Peace Calendar intern participates in the full process of conceptualizing and contributing to the creation of the 2027 Peace Calendar (which has now been published for over 50 years).  The Social Media intern works to upgrade the social media marketing efforts.

Past interns have enjoyed the process, learning a great deal and contributing in meaningful ways.  The internships are posted on Handshake.  For the Peace Calendar, we aren’t necessarily looking for someone with artistic or graphic design skills, though that would be a plus.  We’re looking for people who can contribute to conversations to identify the key issues to highlight looking to 2027 and with the communications skills to participate well in the committee process and outreach to potential artists and organizations with whom we might collaborate.
