Yetunde grew up in downstate New York and has been “bleeding Orange” for most of her life. Her high school was founded by Syracuse University alumni, so her school spirit took root early. As an undergraduate at SU, she spent over four months studying abroad in Istanbul, Turkey—an experience that broadened her perspective and deepened her love for learning. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Human Development & Family Science with a minor in Psychology, taught in a charter school, and later returned to SU as an Administrative Specialist. She is currently pursuing her MBA with a concentration in Data Analytics and is also considering a second master’s degree in Accounting.
Now serving as an Operations Specialist, Yetunde is passionate about fostering a welcoming and productive environment for students, colleagues, and partners alike. Outside of work, she’s a lifelong learner and avid DIY enthusiast who’s always eager to master a new skill or bring a creative idea to life. Her curiosity, hands-on approach, and commitment to helping others make her a vibrant and valued member of the Syracuse community.
