In the interview you’ll find there, Stephanie shares information about her recent internship at\u00a0the\u00a0Eric Carle Museum of Picture Book Art<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Stephanie, who also has a minor\u00a0in entrepreneurship and emerging enterprises in the Whitman School of Management, combined two of her passions through the internship–art and children’s books.<\/p>\n

She has woven her passion for children’s books into her civic engagement as well for she is the\u00a0founder of Books are Food for Thought, a program that provides books to underprivileged children in Central New York.\u00a0Since its founding in 2008,\u00a0Books are Food for Thought<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0has delivered more than 20,000 books! Stephanie’s passions come together in her Capstone as well. She is writing\u00a0on the\u00a0illustrations of artist Dor\u00e9 who illustrated \u201cLes Contes de Perrault,\u201d an anthology of children\u2019s stories including Little Red Riding Hood, Sleeping Beauty, and Puss in Boots. Stephanie was able to do some of her research during her internship at the museum, thus bringing everything together!\"Little<\/a><\/p>\n
