Get all the required signatures by the deadline. There are instructions on the form for exactly whose signatures you need. Submit your signed form to your Honors advisor for their signature. Below is what the form’s signature box looks like and who needs to sign.<\/p>\n 1) Student Signature: Student first, Student last<\/p>\n 2) Faculty Thesis Advisor Signature: grader first and last name<\/p>\n 3) Department Chair Signature: The chairperson of the subject prefix of your thesis course<\/p>\n 4) Home College Advisor: Your listed faculty advisor of the home college you’re in<\/p>\n 5) Honors Advisor Signature<\/p>\n Honors will send the form to the Dean’s Office in Your Home College\/School: The school\/college your form is routed to Dean’s office will approve the form and forward to registrar@syr.edu for placing the course on your enrollment.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t Once your 499 form is filled out, you need the signature of the Honors Program and your colleges’ Dean’s office.<\/p>\n Submit your signed form at the link below.<\/strong> Honors will sign it and send it on to your Dean’s office, and the registrar’s office for final approval.<\/p>\n Please help us by monitoring your semester schedule for 499 to appear. This is often added after main registration.
