Thesis Title:
Intellectual Property and Innovation in the Developing World: India and China
This project is an analysis of the relationship between international treaty commitments and the growth of intellectual property rights, as well as the impact of intellectual property rights on innovation in developing countries. It studies India and China at the national and sectoral level (IT and Pharmaceutical sector) to study how intellectual property rights develop and affect economic growth.
