After studying abroad in Madrid, Spain and interning in New York City, I was able to experience business worlds in completely different cultures. Throughout this thesis, I compare and contrast the cultures of Spain and the United States and how they influence the role of women in the business world. After conducting a breadth of research, I was able to determine potential solutions to the problems that business women face daily around the world.
