Event Details for Families & Friends of Graduates:

• There are no tickets required. We welcome as many family members, friends, or mentors as would like to attend.

• Depending on the weather, and size of our graduating class, seating can be at a premium. There is additional seating on the upper balcony.

• Hendricks Chapel is fully accessible. If you require any disability accommodations please let us know.

• The ceremony begins at 3:00 pm and typically lasts just over an hour.

• There is a reception immediately afterwards in Quad Tent A for refreshments and celebration.

Instructions for Honors Graduates:

• Students should wear cap and gown and meet in the Noble Room of Hendricks Chapel at 2:15 PM.

• Students, please try to limit personal belongings.

• You will receive your Honors medallion from the Dean of your school or college and you are welcome to wear it for the rest of the commencement activities.

• A professional photographer will take photos, including a photo of each student crossing the stage. We’ll share the link to the photos over the summer.
