The beds will be donated to Sleep in Heavenly Peace, a non-profit organization with a mission of no child sleeping on the floor. Experts from Sleep in Heavenly Peace will assist you in building and assembling bunk beds from scratch. The beds will later be delivered to children in the greater Syracuse area currently sleeping on the floor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are two build shifts, along with set up and tear down shifts. Students may only sign up for <strong>one<\/strong> of the following shifts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Set Up Team: 9:30 am to 11:00 am<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build Session One: 11:00 am to 1:00 pm<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build Session Two: 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tear Down and Load Team: 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Honors students who participate can earn civic hours and list Claire Ceccoli and&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:shawcenter@syr.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">shawcenter@syr.edu<\/a>&nbsp;as the supervisors to complete the documentation needed.
