Community Standards is seeking nominations\nfor the University Conduct Board (UCB). The UCB is a student panel who is\nspecially trained to review and adjudicate alleged violations of the Student\nCode of Conduct. This is a unique role on our campus allowing students to\ndirectly interact with their peers to promote accountability and educate the\ncommunity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Any full-time\nundergraduate or graduate student is eligible to be a member of the UCB. The\nUCB provides students with important life skills (ex. critical thinking,\nlogical reasoning, effective communication) and the opportunity to impact\nUniversity policy. The UCB also provides a stipend to its members for their\nservice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Nominations can be submitted using the link below. Students who are\nnominated will be contacted directly and offered the chance to apply. You may\nnominate as many students as you choose that you believe would be interested\nand benefit from this opportunity. I\u2019ve included a flyer with more\ninformation about the requirements and links to the application and nomination\nform on our website. You are also welcome to share this email\/nomination form with\nany other University office or colleague that may be interested.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
