Volunteers Needed: Syracuse Grows

SUVO is currently looking for volunteers to assist with the Syracuse Grows 2026 Annual Resource Drive. This is a great opportunity to get civic engagement hours and spend some time outdoors as Spring begins!

Syracuse Grows is a local 501(c)(3) non-profit organization which supports community gardens in the area. Their Annual Resource Drive distributes supplies such as mulch, soil, and wood chips to member gardens. The event will take place on Saturday, April 18th from 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM, meeting at 501-9 Midland Avenue, Syracuse. On their sign-up page, volunteers can sign up for a specific garden or as a general volunteer to go wherever needed.
