Student Experience and the COVID Project Management Office are seeking volunteers to assist with new and returning residential student check-in January 21-23 at the Ensley Center. As announced, students must provide negative pre-arrival COVID tests and participate in arrival testing prior to residential move-in. Volunteers will review arrival paperwork, distribute tubes for arrival tests, and distribute bracelets to certify students’ approval to move-in. Shifts are available each day in time blocks between 9am-8pm. COVID prevention protocols will be in place including use of plexiglass, masks, and hand sanitizer. Volunteers will not interact with student test samples. Those interested in assisting should complete the volunteer registration form. A training session via Zoom will take place on January 20 at 2pm, with a recording available following.
