2020 Juried Group Show for artists 40 & Under

     ArtRage Gallery, in Syracuse, New York, announces a call to artists for a juried group exhibition, tentatively titled CARRYING THE WEIGHT, to be held from February 1 to March 14, 2020.

Entries will be considered from artists who are at or under 40 years of age at the time of submission; those who will be carrying the weight of the kind of world their elders have left for them.

We will be looking for work that addresses current social issues of importance; race & gender equality, societal prejudices, hunger, homelessness, cultural & sexual violence, war, immigration, climate issues, etc.

All two and three dimensional art as well as video will be considered, however there will be some size limitations.

ArtRage exhibits progressive art that inspires resistance and promotes social awareness, supports social justice, challenges preconceptions, and encourages cultural change.
