Community Development Grants Assistant Needed

 

 

The Syracuse Cooperative Federal Credit Union is comprised of a team of activists posing as bankers, working to fight economic injustice and build financial strength in our Syracuse community and we need your help to continue to serve and grow.

Position Description

Assist the lead grant writer of the Syracuse Cooperative Federal Credit Union to identify and apply for grant funding to support Cooperative Federal’s In-School Branch program in SCSD high schools. Specific responsibilities will include: conducting research on potential funding sources and past grant recipients, proposal drafting, project planning. Assist with other grant proposals and fundraising initiatives as available.

Qualifications necessary are strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well independently.

 Time Commitment 4-8 hours a week which is negotiable.
