beautiful fall colorsGo Ahead, Eat It!

Back in October when the days were still sunny and warm, a group of Honors students went foraging in Oakwood Cemetery. Yes, foraging, searching widely for edible wild plants.

Olivia Gormley, Karli Gasteiger, Sidney Mullanix, Jake Smith, Alyssa Burnell, and Felicia Johnson ventured outdoors and off campus with their guide, Emily Alexander and Honors advisor Jolynn Parker.

Foraging has become an annual tradition here in Honors, so if you want to join us, watch for the Footnote announcement next fall!
